(February 23, 2019, 5:31 pm)Excellent staff at A1 heating and great service! They patiently helped me find the correct ignitor for my furnace at closing time, as my house slowly began to cool down. They coached me over the phone on finding the correct furnace model number( buried deep in the furnace). I will definitely be calling them again for furnace work. Hopefully not too soon!

Aaron serviced my furnace today and provided lots of usefull tips.

(January 25, 2019, 1:59 am)My furnace is old-like 1970s old. After doing all I could with it, the time came to replace it. Brad’s suggested options were reasonably priced, uncomplicated and good bang for the buck. I ended up replacing the hot H2O tank, too. Brad was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. And on time. I’ve used this company before. Consistently good!
(January 11, 2019, 2:26 am)Chris Erickson fixed the leakage with professionalism, while explaining the steps of repair. It was so evident that he takes pride in his job and his company. He also offer promotional solutions for the future. I will definitely call them again.
(December 11, 2018, 10:30 pm)Late 2017 (a/c install) - The entire process, from quoting to planning to installation, went off without a hitch. We found the technicians to be professional and courteous, and they even registered our unit with the manufacturer on our behalf. High marks for A-1!
Late 2018 - had an issue with a faulty valve near my humidifier, which caused considerable water to spray across basement. A-1 arrived 30 minutes after the service call was placed. The technician was polite and friendly, and after assessment he provided the likely scope and cost of the repair before any work was done. He explained the cause and gave us options for a remedy. Another great job.
