(November 27, 2018, 8:35 pm)Setting up the service appointment was easy and professionally handled by the office staff. The technician, Brian Rankin, arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained the work and the cost estimates involved and then proceeded to carry out the work in an efficient, competent and professional manner. He was cordial and pleasant to interact with. The job was done as described in a timely manner and the work area was left clean ad tidy. This company and its staff are highly recommended.
(October 7, 2018, 8:39 pm)Prompt and well-mannered, I found Chris Erickson of One Hour Plumbing (Access Plumbing) to be a very competent and knowledgeable technician, thorough in his repairs and explanations. Eager to offer assistance, Chris was more than willing to answer my questions, address any concerns, and took the time to look over a previous plumber's repairs. Obviously passionate about his trade, Chris offered recommendations without being pushy. I greatly appreciated Chris checking his work and then reviewing the completed repairs with me before leaving. Finally, One Hour Plumbing has an involved manager who took the time to come by and assess a previous plumber's work and repairs. Based on a great overall experience with One Hour Plumbing, I would certainly use them again for my plumbing needs.
