(December 21, 2018, 12:48 am)I was in on Dec 14 to exchange a duvet cover that I had purchased online. Brian, the customer service person handled my exchange extremely professionally and went over and above to help me out. I had acidentally deleted my online receipt for this purchase and he took the time to find a hard copy in order to do this exchange . I was extremely happy with how this was handled and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommed this Urban Barn location as their service is outstanding. Very organized , clean and professional.
