(January 29, 2019, 2:38 am)In the market for an electric bed, I was referred to Mattress Mattress on Wye Road in Sherwood Park. I was truly surprised by Joyce and her daughter's knowledge, professional and friendly attitude as they helped me pick out the bed and mattress that was right for me. I also bought pillows, mattress and pillow protectors. Joyce and Tim came to my home, attached my precious antique headboard to the bed frame, and set the bed up to my satisfaction and comfort. Should you buy your next bed and mattress from them? Only if you appreciate quality products and service that is a cut above the best.
(January 15, 2019, 4:11 pm)I sent my husband out to get a mattress for our 3 year old who was transitioning to a big bed. My husband told me that Tim was more than willing to sell him a cheaper mattress first and didn't just step into the high end mattresses. He was impressed at how much he knew about a proper mattress for a child and learned a lot. My husband walked in about 15 minutes before closing and he said there was no sign of frustration at inconveniencing him right before closing and was more than happy to help. Such a great experience and will be sure to be back when we need to mattress shop again!
(December 27, 2018, 4:31 pm)Joyce and Tim are amazing. They take a lot of time to understand your needs and wants and help you get exactly what is perfect for you. Not just mattresses but also with pillows and duvets. They helped us find our perfect mattress and for years I would buy pillows and never be happy. 1 visit and I have found the perfect one. I keep going back and recommend everyone to do the same. You wont be sorry.
