Forfar Recreation Park Campground

Great little campground. Nice beaches and some walking trails.

Clean camp sites, if you are bringing a trailer pack good blocking as the sites are not perfectly flat they roll like the land they are on, flat enough but not manicured. Very large long sites are available. The fire wood available to purchase on site is good value for money but not perfectly dry, it's good enough. The out houses are stellar, as clean as an out house can be. My family and I will return thanks to the management. 2 thumbs up!

Very nice place, very good water quality on the lake, friendly staff.

Nice beach. Nice playground for the kids. Good selection of private or semi private campsites along with great group stalls. The park staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive!

Nice spot for a day trip if you have young children. The water is clean and there's also a dock if you want to dive into deeper water. Best part was all the butterflies!
