“Jun 24 -2020. The owners (Husband & Wife) are extremely helpful. From the text messages, phone calls, emails & in person visits. They were incredibly friendly & welcoming. The individual lots are wonderfully sized. Power / water at every site. 45 min drive from Edmonton. Myself & family will 100% return.”

“Safe and caring environment. My 4 year old daughters could freely ride their bikes around the resort. Quite, very low traffic and layed-back atmosphere; an absolutely perfect space for us!”

“We just got a seasonal site here and are very pleased so far. The owners are very friendly and so are our neighbours. The owners were very accommodating. We shopped around this area and found this was the best for your buck. There is no houses around the campground, which we like. It actually feels like camping. Its gated and there is trees around each site. We hope to stay for many years to come. The birds are amazing too!”

“I was coming out to do a pre season shake down trip on my trailer for 4 days. I didn't want to pay the ridiculous prices the campgrounds close to the cities charge and figured it would be fun to come out a little farther from town anyways. Campground is only 40 minutes from South St. Albert door to door. Prices for full hook ups came in close to 15 bucks cheaper than competitors closer to town per night. I wasn't expecting much prior to arrival but I was quite surprised when I got out there. The site is very well maintained with some old farming equipment scattered about to check out. The sites are clean, mostly level, and come equipped with a nice fire pit and well maintained picnic table. For a full service RV park they are actually quite wide and the hookups are located close to where you need them and in working order. The facilities are pretty well brand new, or at least been properly re-done recently. The bathroom/showers were spotless and the camp office is nice and clean with a variety of routine camping items for sale. There is a small pond/lake on site that attracts a variety of birds. There is a cookhouse and a variety of seating available around it to watch the wild life. There is also an extensive walking trail system on the property, much bigger than I expected (the dog quite enjoyed the trails). I don't have kids but there is a small playground on site as well that looked in great shape. I took a walk by the tent camping area and it's up on top of the hill and in amidst the tree's. They are also complete with their own fire pits and picnic tables and offered a nice, secluded scenery that was still very close to the bathroom/shower facilities. The owner was very kind and we hit it off pretty well. He keeps himself busy maintaining the campground every day and it shows, everything is in excellent condition. No word of a lie this is one of the nicer full hookup RV campgrounds I've been to in a while and it was unexpected being where it is located. You do have to drive down a few KM of gravel road to get to it, but the road is in good shape. Do NOT listen to the GPS route, it will take you on some stupid detour. Look at the map and take the most direct route down Range road 13. Some people will kick their feet around at the fact that it's wide open, but you will never find a full service RV park that offers the same treed in feel and privacy of a no service or power only provincial camp ground. I've been through most of the Western states and across Canada several times, it comes with the territory. I felt perfectly safe here, there are two gates, the first is closed at night, and the second one is automatic that requires a card to access. The owner lives on the property which was re-assuring and keeps a close eye on things. I have plans to come here again and will be doing such in the near future.”
