Staff understood our request to leave after 2 nights to find another hotel with a warm pool, provided a discount for our trouble. Staff were very pleasant, rooms were nice, will be back on our next family trip!

(April 11, 2019, 8:33 am)This hotel is very reliable. Great friendly and welcoming staff. Smells great with nice comfy and clean beds. A typically very quiet hotel. Fitness room not that great, just basic. The breakfast is pretty good, some fresh fruit, juices selections, yogurt with bread/ bagel/ danish, French toast selections. Usually mini omelets with cheese and sausage patties. Oooh! They just got a pancake machine, super cool to watch. I stay here1-2x a month for the last 15 years. Lots of parking for truck and trailers or motor homes. They have a bout a dozen suites on the first floor with outside access, great if you smoke or have pets.
