“I'm writing this review on behalf of my disabled cousin. He hired Mountain View Flooring to replace his flooring three months ago and has already paid him for most of the job. His master bathroom toilet has been sitting in his bedroom for the past three months just as all of of his living room furniture has been sitting in his kitchen for the past three months waiting for them to finish his living room. Who is expected to live like this?! Either come back and finish the job or hire someone who can! Update. Thank you for coming back and finishing up the job for my cousin. I've been able to help him get his house back in order before I had to leave.”

“Went in to have my tires swapped out under warranty coverage, and it was determined that two of the tires did not have the Replacement Advantage Warranty coverage which had been replaced previously under warranty and the store that had done the work had either not offered it or failed to put it on the file. While the work was being done Jared the service manager looked a little deeper and saw that I had always purchased the Replacement Advantage Warranty when ever new tires were put on. He and the General Manager went ahead and put all four tires through as warranty coverage. This saved me approximately $800+ in new tires. Despite how busy they were, and issues with their computers they still found time to do a little bit of leg work and warrantied all my tires. These guys went above and beyond. I will continue to drive from Calgary to use them for all my future tire work, well worth the extra time. These guys were great! Thanks again guys!”

“I’ve been meaning to write this review but never got around to doing it, however its something that we felt we had to do. We contacted a number of door repair companies and ‘Delta Springs’ was the most responsive. Gary was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He came in and gave us an honest opinion and laid out all the options for our front door handle set and lock replacement. Not only that but he genuinely helped us in trying to fix our existing hardware, although we did not ask him to. I could see the passion and pride he took in in his work as he spent a lot of time on this. He stayed late the first day and when we realized that I would need a brand new lock, helped us with getting one and scheduled a visit for the next day. I felt really bad when I found out that it was his sons birthday and he had stayed late working at our home. The work was completed in a professional manner and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gary and ‘Delta Springs’. Keeping his number on file! Its hard to find good honest people you can trust.”

Tracy helped me pick out several samples that I was able to take home and gave me the different pricing options for each. Greg was super knowledgeable and thorough when he came to my place for the consult and gave me info above and beyond what was needed. Cathy managed the timing of my project perfectly to line up with my days off and they even ended up starting a day early. Alex and Ethan were very hardworking and did an amazing job at installing the flooring. I am so happy with the end product and cannot recommend this local business enough. A bonus tealight was also included - thank you! The Coconut Lime reminds me of one of my favourite lotions at Bath & Body Works. The scent is mild when the candle is first lit, but the room soon fills with a lovely aroma.”

“A very interesting place with a very helpfully staff. Always eager to assist with technique or anything related to the art! This can certainly make it appear like "service levels vary" but the attention you get when they focus on you is exception. It's a small family run shop and pride is obvious. Plan to spend some time looking around as there is lots of cool elements throughout the store. If it's taking a min longer for your turn there is tons to see! As a side note the repairs they do are excellent, if your machine needs service or trouble shooting they are careful and consistent. ”
