Unique Projects

The Team at Unique Projects have helped us time and time again in both our homes.

They've opened up a wall for us - and arranged the structural engineer - and put in new floors in our former townhome when we had a water leak from the second floor to basement. Ooftah.

When we purchased our current home, they were the first call as we had tonnes to update. 4 bathrooms totally overhauled, a skylight, and a back yard deck and kitchen renovation in planning stages later and they've always been at our side. It's a great working relationship as we get to know them better - and they us - as we work through more and more projects. I trust them.

As things come up, they will always answer my calls and help come up with solutions. They make things right when hiccups arise - nature of the renovation beast - and triple check I'm satisfied.

And, they respect my home while working. As a meticulous person, it's a relief that they care enough to take off their shoes, ask permission, and protect our space as if it was their own.

We enjoyed the working relationship with Unique Projects; they were upfront and collaborative with challenges and came up with creative cost control ideas in my many wants. Our home was featured in Avenue Magazine thanks to the detailed finishing. Would definitely hire them again!
