Our technician was Joe, he is very good and descriptive. He tries to help the best he can in the situation that affects you. For example. Me and my wife have a baby and a cat in our apartment, at first he tried the not harmful approach on the inside and tried to kill them off on the outside. Unfortunately our problem which was flying ants came full force. I called Joes personal number at around 8pm and to my surprise he answered and fit is in as soon as he could. Which I think was a day or 2.

After 6 months, we have 0 flying ants and other unwanted critters. I recommend this company for your big needs.
