I’d contacted Tova and negotiated a stellar deal. They picked it up on a Tuesday and had it brought back on Thursday. I’m not overly “wowed” by much but I can tell you I was certainly over the moon with the quality and workmanship. Furthermore the staff, Lindsay in particular, was in contact with me for very slight delay of 30 minutes for the return of my sofa. She was an absolute doll! “Went shopping for a new BBQ. No place has what I was looking. Seems it is out of fashion. Stock of anything is low and limited selection. The people here was very friendly and we were checked up on several times, to verify if we were in the need of help. We were happy to head back to pick up from here as other stores did not even look at us. So my point... Remember stock and selection this year is limited. Barbecues Galore will try to look after you better then most places and most of the staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you for our BBQ and the promise of looking after us.”

“Came here as part of our new home selections. Having dealt with other kitchen cabinet supply stores, we were initially disappointed in the selection available for some of the options(such as hardware). Luckily, our designer was open to new ideas and was really great in helping us come up with solutions within our budget! We also appreciated their patience and flexibility as we had to work around schedules and a baby. We've just ordered the cabinets but so far so good. UPDATE: the installation went smoothly and the few troubles we did encounter they fixed right away and done right. All in all very happy with our end product. The only constructive feedback I have is that their hardware for the self closing drawers is a little weak if you have super heavy pots (mine are quite heavy). And it's not that they don't work, it's that they occasionally won't close the last half inch or so - Still very happy with our overall design.”

“I have dealt with Shawn a number of times and he has always allowed me ample time to browse available catalogs etc. on multiple occasions he has quoted me prices for kitchen items outside of the norm including unfinished wood furniture. If you are looking for a specific style of wooden chair or eating bar height stool Top Shelf Kitchens has the ability to show lots of options from various manufacturers. As well within their large workshop they have a full paint booth and such unfinished products are be finished however you may choose. I would recommend this group to any that ask and I have referred a number of individuals already. They have a central location that is easy enough to get to that I have visited multiple times. The display room is open and has a great selection of product examples to look at and try. The displays are made in house so you can get a feel of the high quality work that the Top Shelf Kitchens team does. I am sure if you were to reach out to the Top Shelf team you would find they are very courteous and helpful and would be more than willing to spend the time needed to answer any questions you have and to make you comfortable with your kitchen decisions. If you are a tool geek like me ask Shawn to see the workshop as they have some high end equipment their you just wont find in a garage workshop.”
