This is the best experience anyone could ever have at a vehicle repair shop. They do great work, Bob up front has to be the nicest guy on earth and makes you feel like family, Darryl is awesome and the techs are all amazing. Once you take your vehicle here, you will not go anywhere else. Top notch establishment!

This is a good mechanical shop. It is well run with good mechanics. Work was done on my vehicle in a timely manner. Shop $ rate is very competitive and they do not nickel and dime you. Mechanic noticed other work that was needed on my vehicle but there was no up selling, only stated what he saw. The mechanic also explained in detail the work he performed. Very professional.

Dealership quoted me 1k, these guys said 90% didn't need replacing at this time. Changed my oil, full inspection and replaced headlight for under what a mr. Lube oil change would be. Owner Bob will let you know only what needs doing. Very straight to the point. Will only come here from now on!

Very happy - definitely recommend this place. There is no shortage of places to go for tires and installation in Calgary. I live in the deep SE, and Crowfoot Brake & Muffler is obviously in the NW and I still chose them.

Full disclosure, I know the owner. However, I made all my arrangements with one of the staff (Bob) who doesn't know me. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient.

I ordered a new set of all seasons from Bob for my Mercedes ML350. I arrived at my scheduled time, checked in, handed over the keys and was told all would be done and ready with 90 min. I walked to a near by pub for a bite.

80 min later, they called me. All is done and my winter tires were put into bags, in the back of the vehicle.
