Many thanks to Nancy Laberge at Trail for quickly coordinating the purchase and install of a new water heater when my tank began leaking on Christmas Day. The folks who installed a new water heater for me on Boxing Day were great. The tank started leaking on Christmas Day and they probably would have arranged to install that day if I needed them to. They were prompt, easy to work with and efficient. I’m very happy with how everything went.

Most excellent. Sebastian was great, helped to organize the quickest delivery known to mankind. The delivery guys were awesome, friendly, helpful and careful. Very happy with the entire experience.

We went to several different appliance stores and hands down Trail was far superior. We were greeted right away by a gentleman named Wally, who we later found out was the owner of trail.

Wally directed us to Helen to help us as we were in need of all new appliances. To say Helen was knowledgeable would be an understatement. She was able to recommend specific brands within our budget and answer all of our questions regarding brands and function. She spent several hours with us, giving us as much knowledge as needed to ensure we were happy with our selections when we left.
I would highly recommend trail. It is reassuring to know the owner is on the floor trying to help customers when they first walk in the door and that the sales consultants are knowledgeable and eager to help.

If you are in need of a knowledgeable sales person with a great sense of humor ask for Nancy at the Crowfoot location! She helped us a ton on picking out a new washer and dryer and made the painless and fun :)

Excellent sales, delivery and install of a new refrigerator. Levi was professional and very helpful....a good communicator. The delivery team of 2 were absolutely amazing, especially given the challenges of the space to move the fridge into. Kudos to both of them for being innovative and courageous :)
