“For me, there are three aspects that make up a good cleaning company: quality, price and communication. To date, Three North Clean has hit all three on the head. We started using them 5 months ago for biweekly cleaning. My priorities have always been my kitchen and floors. In the kitchen, they make everything sparkle. The floors are always spot free and look great, too! Communication with the office is great and the customer service follow up is a bonus. They don’t just assume the clean went well, they call to ensure that I’m happy, which is refreshing in today’s disconnected society. I prefer the cleaner use my cleaning products, and they have no issue doing that. I use homemade cleaning solutions I provide because I have children who crawl around on the floor all day. The cleaners are professional and always manage to get all the areas clean that my kids sticklybfingers end up getting messy. The invoices are sent via email after each clean and that means I don’t have to have money waiting for the cleaners each time. One less trip to the ATM is always a good thing! The cleaners have been late a couple times, but that’s a minor issue.”
