CIP Office Technology

I have been using CIP for my office equipment needs over the last 3 years. The machine they set me up with was perfect for my needs and worked well without issue. I had thought it was normal to be calling a tech every couple of weeks for help, but now I go months and months at a time without needing help. On the couple of occasions that I did need to contact the company, they responded quickly and got me back up and running right away. The team at CIP is remarkable. Aside from the knowledge and professionalism, it's is their unprecedented response time for any service needs! No business can last having their multi functioning printing device down; they have a great predictive maintenance service the greatly reduces any chance of down time. I highly recommend businesses calling CIP for the printing / copier needs.

CIP was able to guide me towards the MFP copier that made sense for our business use which has helped greatly from a productivity perspective but also a cost perspective. They also continue to support me long after the sale with training and maintenance. They have great people and their office space with all the antiques is super interesting - take a tour!
