“Pros: The experience was great, amazing waxing service. Emma was fantastic sad that she’s leaving to a different location. Cons: I’m only giving 4 stars because the receptionist was snobby, was barley acknowledging me until I had to pay, and make it awkward when I first came it. She sounded nice on the phone but it’s probably scripted for every client. Suggest hiring someone more friendly. The receptionist is the first face you see and the last, it really sets the mood for the service. Shows that it’s not the most friendly environment.”
