“Beautiful facility, so much to see! Went as a guest to physio area due to a dual Achilles issue. Judy, the physiotherapist, was super nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciated her honesty when she realized my situation couldn't be addressed through physio and she suggested I go to my medical doc. We ended up having a great lunch (build your own sandwich - love the idea!) and a glass of wine. Again, the staff was super nice, personal and professional. I would have given a 5-star rating except that the physio area was a horribly long way to go from the entrance, even with the elevator. For someone experiencing pain and difficulty walking, this just seemed to be bad planning in a building this large, recently renovated, and so well appointed.”
