They are very accommodating, helpful, cheerful, and most importantly, HONEST. You are made aware of everything up front and there are no surprises. VERY meticulous with cleanliness and sanitation. Staff is constantly cleaning the facility. You get your OWN spray bottle and wipes. Also, it is never too busy. I am able to do supersets with no problem. Never had to wait for equipment. I don't always buy dog food from here (unless it is on sale) but when I do, it is always by recommendation and my puppy always loves it! They have a great dog wash area and "Groomingdales" is my go to for puppy spa day (getting my old guys nails clipped and a hair cut)”
