This ne calgary store is the only one I shop at. Have never had a negative thing happen at this store. There used items are what you would expect the work. Jill you are awesome.

This is a shout out for all L&Q in the city. Excellent customer service and excellent all round experience every-time I am at their store. Best thing is: They're not machine minded people, they are flexible and willing to meet you half way if you have a good argument to present like if an item is damaged or if you're looking to strike a deal on a used item. Their financing is a life savor and ordering service is quick and reliable.
