The one issue I've had is that a lot of things (like opening an account) are actually handled in Vancouver or downtown, causing unnecessary delays for something that someone in the branch should be able to do easily. Once past the initial (annoying) hoops caused by over-centralization, I've been happy with the service in this branch.”

“Ive been going to this branch for 2.5 years as they are my primary branch for business. I have not had any issues with this branch. The staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. There is a filipino lady in the business area who is especially nice. I go there to get change or do deposits. The star deducted is from it just being busy, sometimes I have to wait 15 minutes. My personal banking reps are nice as well, and are attentive to my business needs.”

Before I came Mr. Maveen had already figured everything out for us and was ready to file the case for us.
