“This Starbucks is located inside the Brentwood complex. Lots of parking available, and a ton of seating in the store. The staff is super friendly and orders come out quick, even when it’s very busy. Do keep in mind that this Starbucks almost always has a line up during lunch and right-after-work hours, as there are many students and many people in work attire meeting up here! Seats are very limited during those times.”

“Quaint convenience type store at SAIT, with cafe drinks on order. Looks like they have a couple of options for those that dig caffeine! Their bubble tea is the cheapest I’ve seen around. It’s not the best, and I don’t recommend going out of your way to get it. They make their bubble tea out of powder (pretty standard for small bbt places). I tried the milk tea with tapioca pearls and it’s okay. Would like more flavour in the tea. Also had the mango, which is alright! Not too shabby! Also $2 hot dogs are yum yums! Cheap and great for a quick bite.”

Take out sandwiches and a bottle of wine from the Co-op liquor next door make for a perfect combination. “It's kinda an interesting experience for me personally, I really like their food items but not too impressed with their tea quality. Happy Tea does a great job on pricing their food items and I am generally quite impress with their food quality given it's price ( ~ $10). We had the chance to tryout their spicy Taiwanese beef noodle and their fried chicken cutlet rice and we like it! Their Taiwanese beef noodle offers up really good portion for $10.50, it has lots of lean beef pieces that's well cooked and seasoned. Their meat is about half lean and half tendon and it's not too salty and moist, but the broth is on the saltier side. My wife who is usually a very picky eater really liked how big the overall portion and thoroughly enjoyed it! My fried chicken cutlet rice comes with a portion (I mean, it's half of the plate!) I will say prob half of a chicken breast pounded out and it's moist! Although half of the breaded surface got kinda moist due to contact with the plate, but it's still quite enjoyable. One downside I have to mention is the amount of vegetable that came with the dish is minimal, but for this price point I am not really complaining! (~$10.50) Their quality of pearls and tea wasn't that great comparing to other bigger chains out there, but for a family run restaurant I shouldn't be too picky... but their pearls were harder in the middle and almost soggy on the outside. I read from other reviewer that their slush is quite good but I would like to try those next time! Overall it's a decent neighborhood restaurant and please keep up the good food quality please!”
