“The staff is friendly and kind including front staff. I love going to my appts, because of the kindness of the staff. Matt is my physiotherapist and he is amazing, he knows what he’s doing. With the whole COVID issue, they really take it serious and follow what AHS says and have put into place. I heard nothing but good things of this specific location, and how they really do help and want you back to your normal activities. I highly recommend this place, and I’ve done my share of physio. They took the ideas and images of design elements we liked and put together a comprehensive package for us. Amy and Mallory were able to incorporate the new colours and finishes into the features we were not changing to create a fresh, new look. They worked within our budget and were able to give us options at multiple price points. They were excellent to work with, accommodating with our schedules and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and/or refer them to our friends.”

“We were very excited to try this new pizza place in our area but we ended up really disappointed with it. We ordered two pizzas and they were bland and soggy, they looked almost under cooked with no browned bits on the top, just white melted cheese. The margarita pizza with its brown basil was particularly unappetizing. The ingredients tasted high quality on their own but something must not have been right with the bake. The crust was forgettable. We won't be returning any time soon. The caesar salad and garlic knots were good though.”

It starts with the location being so near to my house and away from morning traffic, on to the friendly people who work out here, and quickly moves on to the awesome energy and knowledge from the trainers here, they are polite and eager to help you individually. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I intend on attending each and every class, and will continue to do so even after the 8 weeks challenge is up. 10/10 would recommend!!”

“What a great experience! Was able to secure a reservation for a corporate luncheon last week and it was the perfect setting for our staff. Great coffee and atmosphere, the house burger was delicious! The black kale Caesar was also a light and tasty dish, and those wings made with peach sauce what a nice touch.
