(July 6, 2018, 10:50 pm)We went in and dealt with Rob. He seems like a typical salesman but this guy went the extra mile. We bought a firm memory foam bed and rob talked us into a trial return bed. Said it would be Prestine and like new- manybe only slept on for a few weeks. And we saved like 35%. So we accepted. We got it and the delivery guys said it was ripped and dirty so we didn’t accept delivery. Rob ended up finding us a bran new one and honoured the same discount and we got it the next day. He very well could have said no you have To pay more for a new one- but didn’t.
After our experience here, I’ll be buying from him or sleep country for life.
