“Best Buy always has a great selection of electronics to choose from. I like to go in and browse occasionally to see what’s new and interesting. The customer service is usually okay as well. Most people tend to know a good amount about the products and services they’re selling. This may not be a critique of the individual store, but their online ordering system could be improved to provide more detail and tracking information. Overall though Best Buy is a good store to shop for electronics.”

The sales team at this location always go out of their way to assist me. The prices are always great as this is the outlet store. Sometimes finding sizes can be a challenge but one must expect that when going in to an outlet store. I'm a frequent shopper there and always recommend this store to friends!”

“Customer service is okay; however, it was very difficult to locate any sales representatives on the floor. I'm handicapped and wear leg braces so finding shoes is a huge challenge. I had purchased a pair of "spare" runners to have on hand as I go through shoes every couple months. Unfortunately, my leg braces were recently replaced so my "spare pair" don't fit my new braces. I asked if there was anyway that an exchange could be done considering they have never been worn. I was very quickly shot down which was very difficult to hear. Being on a fixed income, 70.00 doesn't sound like much but to me it might as well be a fortune. Needless to say, I'm now stuck with brand new shoes that can't be worn. I wish that a manager could have stepped in to help me out but nobody would call one for me. Time to find a new store to purchase my shoes.....one that will help out customers that are in a difficult position. Sorry Shoe Company, you've very unfortunately lost my future business and that of my family's too!”
