This is the first review I've ever written on Google, which is to say I don't write reviews very often. However, my wife and I have such an appreciation for working with Mike that we just have to take a few minutes to share a little about that.

I guess many reviews are very generic, which I don't always find all that useful. Here are some specific observations about Mike:
-We sold our place for more than the asking price.
-Every little detail that he said he would take care of got done in a timely, thorough and professional manner.
-At every stage, with every decision, he did not push us one way or another. He helped us understand the context at certain points, but ultimately left things up to us to choose with no pressure whatsoever.
-Because we have pretty good camera equipment, and my wife has a decent knowledge of photography, we initially felt we could handle taking our own photos. Mike explained (in a refreshingly polite, but no-nonsense way) why we might want to reconsider that. He was right - his photographer's photos (and other multimedia results) were better.
-When they came to take the photos, the moved many things, but put it all back so neatly and precisely, we were not sure at first whether they had even been there at all.
-He made great use of social media to augment traditional marketing tools.
-He drafted a description for our place for the MLS website that, unlike literally hundreds of others I've seen (having worked in editing in the past), was carefully and accurately written, as opposed to something thrown together in 30 seconds between other tasks.
-We had an issue come up during the home inspection which, although it was fairly minor in the end, was concerning in the moment. Mike helped us easily deal with that.
-Mike's use of secure digital signing was a real benefit in terms of time saved, good record keeping and general convenience.

My wife and I both work in fields that involve interacting with a wide range of people in various service capacities - enough to know how rare it is to find somebody who takes the time to follow through on something in the right way, in the right timeframe. Mike is like that. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. That's why I'm writing my first review here.

PS - over the asking price in the current market :)
