They had a technician (Micheal) out same day....that is unheard of!!! He was professional, informative, and explained everything thoroughly. Was so impressed we decided to buy brand new rather than fix our old one.....he got the old unit working until they can install the new one.Fantastic service from Micheal and Advanpro. Highly recommend them!

We live in a condo and Advanpro helped us get the board to approve our air conditioning. The installer Patrick was on time and efficient. His install looks great. Very tidy! He even finished early.

Big purchases for a home owner can sometimes be scary. I have to be honest and tell you that is not the case when you have the care help and support of the team at ADVANPRO . My family and I were in the market for to add a new AC to our home. We reached out and acquired several quotes from many vendors in the business, but the ADVANPRO team just had that extra effort and focus in their quote and site visit. They took the time to explain the smaller details around why and how. But also walked through the installation process and pointed out any concerns upfront so that no unexpected extras or surprises popped up. My quote was excellent and I thank Trevor for making the site visit better by easing my worries. Booking was sorted out right away by Sarah who was able to accommodate our schedule with being willing to help find a day that worked well. The day of the install was clean, professional and done with great care and attention to detail. Patryk ( install tech) was dressed to reflect the company’s professionalism. His work ethic was amazing and when the install was complete he left our home with no visible signs of a work site setup or mess. Follow up with Jessica for billing and certification on our new unit was the icing on the cake as it closed out our install and purchase with follow up emails. I have already booked my duct cleaning and yearly service for next year as I know my family and I can trust the ADVANPRO team to bring their professional services back to our safe place.....home?
