“Christian was on time for 9:30 am, very polite and friendly and patient with our dog. He checked out what was needed to get the water dispenser on the fridge to work then was clear on what needed to be done. On the phone he guessed $260 but once he saw what the situation was that changed to $320 which I still feel was reasonable. After discussion Christian went right to work, said about an hour to finish and that is what it took. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will be using them for future plumbing needs. Great experience overall.”

“Big purchases for a home owner can sometimes be scary. I have to be honest and tell you that is not the case when you have the care help and support of the team at ADVANPRO . My family and I were in the market for to add a new AC to our home. We reached out and acquired several quotes from many vendors in the business, but the ADVANPRO team just had that extra effort and focus in their quote and site visit. They took the time to explain the smaller details around why and how. But also walked through the installation process and pointed out any concerns upfront so that no unexpected extras or surprises popped up. My quote was excellent and I thank Trevor for making the site visit better by easing my worries. Booking was sorted out right away by Sarah who was able to accommodate our schedule with being willing to help find a day that worked well. The day of the install was clean, professional and done with great care and attention to detail. Patryk ( install tech) was dressed to reflect the company’s professionalism. His work ethic was amazing and when the install was complete he left our home with no visible signs of a work site setup or mess. Follow up with Jessica for billing and certification on our new unit was the icing on the cake as it closed out our install and purchase with follow up emails. When I called I talked to a very friendly receptionist who set Me up with a sales rep Dave who came out to Redwood Meadows for a free quote and was very knowledgeable about the product he was talking about. Dave was very professional and did what he could to accommodate me with the financial assistance. When I decided to purchase the system Dave (even tho he was on holidays) set up a date for his team to arrive. I want to thank Jesse, Allen, and Kevin for an outstanding job!! All were very professional and polite individuals who answered any and all the questions I had during the installation. These 3 went above and beyond and without any hesitation to accommodate me on any suggestions that were brought forward. The installation took 4 days which was on the quote and I’m not one for change with the new technology but all is working the way the system is designed.
