Melissa and Diane really did very well in assisting me. They made sure I had a great truck & a great experience .

Decent prices and friendly staff. Truly a great experience. Vehicles are fairly well maintained, although the one we rented could have used a cleaning on the inside.

Tried to rent a truck to tow with. While sitting on hold after no answer, decided to try their website - no pickup trucks showing available to rent.
Finally get to talk to someone, they tell me I have to talk to their other location.
Get put through to their other location.
I'm then told they only have 1 truck for towing, and it's booked for the next 8 days.
Didn't even try to offer an alternative. Nothing about this place gave me the impression they wanted to earn new business. Guess they don't need it?

I have rented several times from Melissa and have always been provided exceptional customer service. Driving Force has been my go to car rentals for the past 3 years.

Amazing customer service! Trucks are always clean and ready to go. Made the switch from Penske and couldn't be more glad I did. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
