“I rented a 2020 F-150 from the enterprise at McKnight blvd and Edmonton trail, the car was remarkably clean inside and out. Picking up the truck, doing the walk through inspection and signing off from Ayo was extremely fast and easy took less than 10 minutes. Dropping it off with Harris was a breeze, took just 5 minutes and no hidden fees or charges and my security deposit got released almost immediately after i returned the car. It was an amazing experience as i usually don't get this kind of service at car rentals. Great Service! Super efficient!”

“I rent cars at the Calgary airport four or five times a year, sometimes for several weeks. The experience with Enterprise is always excellent. Pleasant staff, very efficient both when picking up and when returning the car. I had a rock crack the windshield during one of my rentals and they charged me a reasonable price to fix it. I tried Budget the last time because they were significantly cheaper and I had a terrible experience: poor and slow service, car was older and not as clean as with Enterprise, and they charged me $2000 to repair a plastic part that is worth $100,”

Finally get to talk to someone, they tell me I have to talk to their other location. Get put through to their other location. I'm then told they only have 1 truck for towing, and it's booked for the next 8 days. Didn't even try to offer an alternative. Nothing about this place gave me the impression they wanted to earn new business. Guess they don't need it?”
