We had a very knowledgeable person helping and answering our questions. It was very nice not to feel pressured to buy. Very good price on the washer and dryer we purchased.

We bought a fridge, dishwasher and washer / dryer set from this location. The staff who helped us (Rachel and Mike) were so friendly and clearly knew everything about the products they were selling. We saw a range of appliances at different price points and were clearly explained what the differences were. I never felt pressured; we were able to come in and shop and come back when we were ready to buy. The turnaround for delivery was really short and they removed the old appliances for a reasonable fee.

Also, I must commend the coronavirus precautions and protocols we saw in place. Hand sanitizer, masks, staff cleaning surfaces, keeping distance. I felt very safe shopping there.

I wanted provided a review for Barrett Janik who I believe is a sales manager at Trail Appliances. I have been purchasing from Trail Appliances for over a decade now and recently met Barrett when trying to purchase a washer and dryer. He not only provide exceptional service and competitive pricing but also he made the experience seamless for me online which during COVID19 was a blessing in disguise. From the sales process, to arranging all of the service and ensuring that the small details on when I would receive a phone call from the dispatch so that I could arrange things with my tenant for delivery and install to the actually professional service provide by the installers. This end to end positive experience is something I look for in companies as I am in the e-commerce business and know first hand the importance of managing both the online and offline experience. I would highly recommend Trail and Barrett specifically in your appliance purchases.

Yasser welcomed me graciously into the store even though it was closing time. Levi was a wonderful young gentleman who knew how to go out of his way to make my day. Jesse responded promptly to my order and loaded my purchase effortlessly into my vehicle.

I was impressed by their truly delightful customer service. Their knowledge on what I was looking for in a quality dishwasher pointed out a better one then I had in mind. I now have an amazing product that will last me for years with the conference that it won't fail me.

How wonderful was it to receive a follow-up call the very next day. Just checking in on a successful installation! Levi answered my questions with a delightful attitude even though he'd probably heard them a few times.

Once again you have out done yourself even in this pandemic were living in right now from first contact to loading this amazing BBQ in the back of my truck. Your response time on getting back to me with different options and making sure we were talking about the same product was outstandingly quick with PDF’s of the products in question so there was no miscommunication.
I was a little worried on how I would get this beautiful BBQ in the back of the truck and how to keep it scratch free. But the kind people in shipping and receiving were amazing. I showed up and they had the unit out to me within 3 minutes, it was all wrapped up in protection wrap, and 4 guys to lift it into my truck too make sure it got up there safety. Their professionalism and team work was outstanding and is a testament on how Trail Appliance operates the company and treats their employees.
After getting it home and setting it up on the deck I inspected it as Trail Appliance offered to build the BBQ before I picked it up. Of course I found nothing out of place and the quality of the build was exceptional.
I will always recommended Trail Appliance and continue to purchase all my Appliance related products from them.
