The oncology team provided great care for our pup. They were really helpful in helping us decide what was the best for our family. The reception staff were always friendly. I agree with other reviews that it is pricey, but given the quality of care, I think it is worth it. They were really transparent and happy to discuss the items we were quoted before we made any decisions to go ahead with procedures or treatment.

The team in the Ophthalmology department really makes you feel like your pet is in great hands. The communication throughout the entire process was top notch. We knew what was happening every step of the way. Things were explained well so you could understand the procedures. Questions were answered and they made themselves readily available. Can't thank them enough for taking such great care of our fuzzy buddy. :)

We had an emergency with our cat which included some surgery and hospital stay. The staff was amazing from start to finish, this included the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses and the surgeon. Our fur babies are part of our family and it is wonderful to have a place that treats fur babies and their families with such kindness and compassion. I definitely recommend this hospital
