They really take the time to help us humans understand what our fur babies are going through and what they need and why. They give realistic solutions to problems and there is no upselling or pressure. Love this vet and the staff, best clinic ever.
(December 6, 2018, 12:27 am)We have been going to Willlow Park Animal Clinic (Chinook) before that for ever. Yes I might know Lori Keeler personally but the service and staff are top notch. I had heard a few comments that they might be a bit more expensive .... I dont think so ... but you get what you pay for.
I highly recommend taking your animals here to be well cared for.
(November 12, 2018, 10:39 pm)I am a firm believer that animals know good people, and Atlas, my one of three cats(he is there the most), knows these are good people. He never tries to hide, he purrs and let's all the staff pet him happily. Billing has never been put above their needs, which is an experience i have had far to often. I know i can call them whenever I have questions without judgment, and they guide me when I have concerns.This is the exact kind of service and commitment you want when attending to your fur kids!
(September 30, 2018, 9:06 pm)Everyone in the clinic is great. I LOVE Dr. Keeler, she's the best. Dr. Barclay is amazing with cats, I would highly recommend her for low stress kitty handling.
My very self absorbed pup Tankerbell can't recommend this place enough. She loves what a big fuss Lindsay and Meghan make of her every time she comes in. She actually gets mad at me if I leave her in the car when I run in to pick up our kitty food!
