    Gord did me a solid. My Chevy Blazer crapped out last minute on the job site. They took care of the towing and even though they said it would be a couple of days because they were swamped, they still had it in and completed the next day. Really made my life easier. They also came in under the quote price which is a miracle to see these days. Thanks guys!

    A technician at this shop helped me out the other night when I had a nail in my tire that was going flat quite quickly.He patched my tire outside of business hours and really did save me a lot of trouble! Today I took my car here to have service done. I was provided with a loner car, the price for my service was fair, and Gord is very genuine and helpful. I am so glad to have found a honest car repair shop. I won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend.

    I was referred to Willowridge Auto Service from a co-worker and I took my 18 year old son's car there last week and I am glad I did! I am fortunate that I have been able to drive a new car (never older than 3 years old) since 1996. I mention this strictly as one of the main reasons is that the car would always be under warranty and I would never have to go anywhere other than the dealership and would never have to spend excess $$ on maintenance as to be honest I find it concerning trying to find honest and trusting people to deal with in the auto service repair business. Well my son has been driving his first car only since September and it is a 2011 Suzuki. The engine and emissions light came on and I was concerned as to who we could take it to that would be honest to deal with. As my son had to go to work I was taking care of finding a place to take his car. I dealt with Randy and Adrian at Willowridge Auto Service and I felt they dealt with me in a very open and honest way. The pricing was reasonable and they kept me aware of the status of what was going on and called me with an update and gained my approval prior to moving ahead with additional work and cost. I would definitely recommend Willowridge Auto Service. To top it off I received a text on Monday this week to see how the vehicle was running and if they could be of more service to me. impressive!

    I've only just started bringing my car to this shop but I feel good about it! These guys are super friendly, easy to communicate with and trustworthy from my experience! I was given a great price to replace my brakes and the job was done the same day. I always appreciate being informed about what is an immediate need and what can wait when it comes to vehicle repairs/maintenance and they were happy to oblige me. Thank you!

    I started going to Randy's garage about 6 years ago since then I have moved out of downtown into the northwest but I continue to go to this place. They provide excellent customer service, are patient in explaining all the repairs and what they entail, have loaner cars, really take pride in their work and their prices are reasonable. These guys will let you know what should be done and why, I especially like their way of prioritizing repairs which helps me as a customer to decide what is most important.
