Staff were fantastic, helpful and mindful of our limited budget; the fabric we sourced (from another fabric store in a sale) they advised us with how many meters to buy. We are so happy with results! The craftsmanship is beautiful and era correct. We know we will enjoy our sofa for years to come. It is amazing how they can introduce the Chinese antique furniture into the western modern interior design. An elegant and subdued touch! The owner has high taste, very passionate but not pushy. They seem to know so many stories about each piece of furniture and textile and take pride of the quality they can offer. I also attended one cultural seminar hosted in this store. “After trying a few others in the vicinity when I moved into the community 2 years ago, I have been returning to this location consistently. I've had good service and quality. I've had none of the issues others have listed with rude staff. In fact the staff impress me when one young lady regularly recognizes me and is already pulling my items as I get to the counter. I've never had leather done here, but I have done cleaning and repairs and all have been quite well done. The hours make it quite accessible when working a typical day job.”
