Over the past 6 years we have purchased a full stroller travel system, second bucket car seat, 2 convertible child seats, high chairs, travel crib, wooden crib and mattress, linen and toys, etc. You get the picture. We love WCK and highly recommend them for all your growing family needs. Stylish and practical and we never felt that they were pushy or anything. We currently downsizing to an umbrella/compact stroller and Alicia was extremely helpful. Highly Recommend!!”

“Sales consultant Simona at the Calgary Beacon Hill Brick location was excellent. We had set up an appointment with her to view kitchen dinning sets the evening prior. When we arrived we asked for Simona and she was there to welcome us momentarily. She was friendly and approachable and rest-assured, not your typical breathing-down-your-neck sales consultant. She was available when we needed her, and we had two sets already in mind when we got there. She knew where the models were located throughout the store and brought us to them right away. She then left us alone to browse the entire store at our leisure but always made herself readily available whenever we needed her. This was also a very busy evening, mind you. The store’s VIP Sales Event. There were plenty of other potential customers in the store and Simona made time for us and treated us incredibly well. We ended up purchasing a 6-piece dinning set that we weren’t originally considering, thanks to Simona’s help. I would recommend anyone looking for a laid back and relaxed furniture shopping experience to set up an appointment with her. From one person dabbling in the world of customer service to another — I know and certainly appreciate great customer service like Simona had to offer. An old guy is sitting on a chair and greets you as you come in, then he asks what you are looking for and gives you the location. No muss, no fuss, right to the right place. That is worth a 5 star rating and it shows how whoever is running this show knows their customers. How many times have you spent in Home Depot just looking for a good screw?”
