“I go to both, the Britannia and Signal Hill location, and have attended a variety of classes. I mostly go to Tracie and Emily's classes throughout the week and I love them both. The workout is amazing and good for all levels. The instructors are good at providing modifications and making sure everyone is doing the moves correctly. For the entire 45 minutes you are getting a strength workout as well as an amazing stretch. Hope they open a location in the NW soon!”
