We were able to book a repair for our wall oven the day after we called. Rob arrived promptly at the arranged hour and was able to diagnosis the problem quickly. Overall, we were very pleased with his service. His fees are attractive, his work professional and knowledgable. We would recommend him with confidence.

I would recommend Rob to anyone and will 100% use him again if I have an appliance issue. I dont currently live in Cochrane but have tenants that called me with a broken washing machine. Rob went and had a look within 3hours of hearing from me and had the parts ordered and installed less then 24hrs later! My tennants commented on how knowledgeable and professional he was. I was so relieved with how reliable and efficient he was! Hours are great for the average working person. He kept in touch via texting so I really felt taken care of and in the loop through the entire process. Great service!

Rob came to my house at 8pm after I finished work. He was extremely professional and friendly. Literally finished the job in 15min and explained the problem in terms that I could understand. I will only contact Rob for future repairs.

We had an issue with our refrigerator about two weeks ago. Rob showed up and repaired our unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are happy with his service and definitely will reach him again when we have other problems with appliance.

My husband and I bought a house in spring. Unfortunately our home inspector did not catch all of the issues the previous owners had with their appliances. Our washing machine and dishwasher were both leaking. My husband and I were losing sleep at night imagining that we would wake up to 2 feet of water in the basement or seeping through the floors. Our fridge was also on the fritz, and our dryer was a little louder than what we were used to.

Rob took all our nightmares away, he was available to us by phone, it seemed like at all hours! and genuinely cared about the problems that we were having in our house. His knowledge is unreal, he diagnosed all of our problems through phone and reassured us that they weren't as big as we thought they were. In the meantime, he walked us through how to mediate the issue ourselves so that we weren't risking water damage.

Rob was extremely flexible with our working hours, he travelled a great distance to come to our house in Calgary on three separate occasions, all in the early evening when we had got home from work. He was honest about the value of our appliances and whether or not they were worth repairing. He took his time to show us how to clean our appliances, and suggested future appliances that would be more worth the purchase.

He gave us a number of options for parts replacements, and explained in layman's terms which would be the greater bang for our buck. We were utterly amazed by the deals that he was able to get us! Rob is so knowledgeable that it was obvious to him repairs had been done on our appliances before, which only worked to create bigger issues.

Rob fixed all of our appliances and was extremely modest with price. We were so pleased by his service, honesty, and knowledge. Unlike other technicians, Rob was respectful of our house. He took his shoes off in the door way, and slipped cardboard under the appliances to ensure the floors were not scratched. He treated our house as if it was his own.

Not only is he an amazing, hands-on technician, but he took his time to get to know us. He pays attention his clients needs and works to understand what his clients value most. Even our skittish dog didn't want him to leave! Thanks to him we no longer have water nightmares. We have gained an amazing resource for appliance knowledge and repairs, as well as a life long friend.
