“Darryl is excellent (and tenacious) with any small engine repair. 3 years ago he replaced/rebuilt my 800R engine in my 2007 Skidoo Summit, and this past year he did a full scale go-over/needed maintenance to my 2004 Yamaha Grizzly 660. Brakes, bearings, electrical issue, lube, “next” oil change - as doing oil changes myself was the only item I had done previously, and only thing done to Grizzly since new in 2004. Highly recommend! “I’ve been meaning to write this review but never got around to doing it, however its something that we felt we had to do. We contacted a number of door repair companies and ‘Delta Springs’ was the most responsive. Gary was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He came in and gave us an honest opinion and laid out all the options for our front door handle set and lock replacement. Not only that but he genuinely helped us in trying to fix our existing hardware, although we did not ask him to. I could see the passion and pride he took in in his work as he spent a lot of time on this. He stayed late the first day and when we realized that I would need a brand new lock, helped us with getting one and scheduled a visit for the next day. I felt really bad when I found out that it was his sons birthday and he had stayed late working at our home. The work was completed in a professional manner and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gary and ‘Delta Springs’. Keeping his number on file! Its hard to find good honest people you can trust.”

“1. the efficiency of making sure both outer ear canals were completely free of wax before any testing was attempted, was above the level received from a previous clinic. 2. at the completion of the process of determining the condition of hearing &/or loss of hearing - I sensed a deeper understanding from the back ground and experience of the person conducting these tests, in comparison to the less experienced technician at a previous clinic in a different office. 3. I was informed also that our Alberta Health Care had an assistance program available for me, where as the previous company did not appear to be aware of this option A. for seniors, and B. for someone in a low income capacity.”

“My review is about upper management in sweet tree and yss. Recently was hired to work in the high river location. I have spinal stenosis and other health problems that require me to have the ability to sit down when I can't keep my balance or can no longer stand. During training I had the owner of sweet tree who didn't know the extent of my medical issues pull me aside to tell me that when I have to sit or take a break that I can go right ahead and they also allowed me to have a stool on the sales floor so I could take some stress off my back but still work. YSS our parent company has been just as accommodating and on behalf of people with disabilities I like to say thank-you. Sadly, not enough companies even make an effort to modify duties in order for someone to keep working and these guys did right out of the gate. So thank you thank you thank you, I can not express how grateful I am and what a joy it is to be part of such an AMAZING team!!!”

“We have been shopping here ever since we moved to High River in 1990. We always find what we need and if something isn't in stock, it is ordered for us promptly. I also like that I can order something online and then pick it up in the store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and has easy access. Even if I just buy a small bag of nails or of little bits and bobs, I have always been treated with respect. Any hardware related questions, like how to install what I'm buying, are answered in a way that I can easily understand. One of my favorite stores in High River.”
