Our salesmen Wyatt was very friendly and professional, he made us feel like we wanted to deal with him, and he treated us fairly and with respect. After a small confusion on numbers and a quick conversation with one of the owners the buying process was one of the most professional we have ever had. Linda in the finance office was great, she answered all of our question quickly and accurately, and we knew exactly what we needed from her at all times. She made the final sales process very easy and enjoyable, she is a real nice person to deal with. Our trailer walk through was fabulous. The shop was clean and warm and everything explained fully. In fact we spent a very long time walking through and inspecting our new trailer. I apologize for not remembering our gentleman's name because he was great. He addressed all of our concerns, and explained everything perfectly. Because of him we know that the small issues that we found on the trailer are going to be repaired properly and professionally. We would not hesitate to have him help us with any questions we may have because if he doesn't know he is not scared to ask. (the self Levelling remote control).
