“I have been a very long term customer with this storage facility, zero problems, the grounds are always kept up and security keeps getting better however I heard Bill sold the place and now the new owners have raised the rates. I have 4 friends that also have their trailers stored there and all 4 arent happy. We already paid slightly more for the security and the cleanliness of the lot, there is no need to raise rates more. Actively looking for cheaper lots that are also on the outskirts of the city as there are plenty around!”

“Amazing service! I was introduced to Mi-Box through a Garage Reno company. Had an issue with the latch and emailed the company about it expecting a reply the following day. Steph literally drove across the city on a Sunday night in a snow storm (seriously) to help me out. I was blown away! She followed up several times to make sure all was good the following week. She genuinely cares about her customers and went way above and way beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will never go anywhere else, and highly recommend Mi-Box to anyone requiring temporary storage. Amazing!”

“Every aspect of the booking and pickup was great! Every person we met there was friendly and personable. I must have been offered a drink 4 times. :) They also were quite accommodating, letting us leave them a deposit instead of requiring a credit card. The tour of the RV was quite comprehensive, and also hands on. They really don't want you having to figure out how to refill the water tank at night in snow. The booklet they included also went over everything in detail. And finally, our agent gave us some RV-safe toilet paper to save us a trip to the store. If I was ever renting an RV again I'd be happy to deal with them.”
