“Sorry for the bad experiences you guys had, but we had to forcibly evict the previous jokers who were running a rather terrible storage service on our site due to non-payment of their Lease. Unfortunately, they abandoned a lot of customer materials on our site, and refused to inform their customers or provide us with customer information, or pay us any money we were owed. These jokers are still busy running another storage service within Calgary the last time I heard, and I'm sure it's still as terrible as ever. Therefore we are not the new owners of this previous storage business. The result of all this travesty is that we were forced to start a storage company to handle all of the left over material and it took years and years for the other company's customers to slowly trickle in and find their belongings. Now that the process is finished, we are providing storage services on our site with important changes. 1. Wrecked vehicles are no longer allowed to be stored. 2. Small storage lockers (10 ft by 10 ft) are no longer provided. They have been demolished. 3. Covered storage is in 20 ft and 40 ft steel containers. 4. Vehicle/RV/truck/trailer storage. 5. Industrial storage including heavy/long items can be accommodated by our 100 ft turning radius entrance. ”

I was in desperate need of a small storage place for the next few months and a lot of companies did not have any compartments to rent or only had large storage compartments available. Airdrie Mini Self Storage was at full capacity but they could see that I really needed something. They mentioned that there was one person who was may be moving out of his storage unit so the company said they would talk to him and get back to me by the end of the day. Within the next few hours, I was able to have access to a storage unit and move my belongings in. I am extremely grateful to this company for going the extra mile so I could move my belongings into their storage unit! Great people and a great company!!!”
