Owner is hands on. Great food! Will eat here again when we are back in Sundre.

The food was decent. The service was great. My companion had the fish and chips special but wasn't impressed. I had the steak sandwich with poutine. The steak lacked a bit of seaoning but was good otherwise. And the poutine was good. That gravy was delish.

Delicious food! Good portions and it came fast. I had the Cordon Crunch (yummy!) and hubby had the perogies and smokies. We even took a flatbread to eat later. Enjoyed chatting with the owner/chef and his wife, our server. We'll certainly be back again when we're out this way from Calgary.

We hired Derek and his team from Twisted Pantry for our Wedding on July 11, 2020. I can't imagine having any other caterer that could have been better.

Lets start with the food:
Derek uses simple, fresh ingredients to create incredible dishes. His results were so creative and delicious we barely had room for dessert. All his produce is from local farmers, and it shows. His dishes were very simple, but Derek's imagination made for distinct flavors and an incredibly fresh menu.

The Service:
Planning a menu and delivering a service in the middle of a pandemic was no easy task to handle. However, Derek was relaxed, accommodating and extremely flexible during all the changes we were forced to make as the result of Covid-19. During the wedding, he made sure to communicate with one of our friends, to ensure we were all on the same page, while letting us focus on our wedding.
