“Great Company! I was referred to them this morning when the pilot light on my hot water tank went out. We followed the directions, attempted to re-light it and.. nothing. Champion Heating was quick to come out and assess the problem. Turns out it was a user problem (even though the directions said to relight in vacation mode, the plumber said that wasn't always the best way to do it) and it was... "fixed." Champion Heating far exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, they didn't over charge me AND the plumber took the time to show us a more efficient way of lighting it in the future. I will definitely be calling this company again.”
