“Found this amazing cafe on a Google search for “bakery near us”, and we were not disappointed! The ladies at the counter could tell it was our first time here. They had some great input on what we should try. The prices are on par for the quality you get, and for a small desert we felt full. They apparently have a loyalty program, and they serve breakfast and lunch! They have food to stay and to go, and apparently they do catering. The only downside is the spacing of the tables was a little crammed , and it’s because the focus is on the food. I could see this being awesome for eating outside in the nicer weather, and we can’t wait to try one of everything here! Would highly recommend!”

“They have amazing customer service! I have notoriously difficult feet (extremely wide and very high arches) and the associate who helped me was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Although the selection was smaller than many stores, I found something comfortable I couldn't find at other shoe shops. I'm definitely coming back in the Spring/Summer for some sandals or maybe Mary Jane's. I definitely recommend this little store!”

It was end of the day and I didn’t have an appointment but Jill managed to squeeze me into her busy schedule. The whole process was over in a few minutes and it was a painless experience. Jenna is my favourite as shes been around for probably longer than I’ve been a customer and the one that I usually end up seeing here and it’s just great being on friendly name basis terms. Everyone here is so patience with my indecisiveness. I’ve gone to the West Ed location a few times in the early part of my piercing journey and the vibes just isn’t the same as this location. “I work in the mall part-time and ended up stopping in right before the store closed because I needed some new business casual clothes due to transitioning back to the office with my FT.... the 2 associates were SO helpful and kind. I was still deciding what to actually purchase based on my total and they found every discount and deal they could apply to the transaction so that I could leave with all the items I loved. EXCELLENT customer service, and the store was immaculate. “I did a large purchase at Southgate mall before Christmas. With my chaos at the counter an item was missed and not placed in my bag. I noticed when I got home. I contacted the store to let them know that I was charged but didn't receive my item, also that I lived out of town. IMMEDIATELY they offered to mail it me. It had to have been done that day and I received my item within days. Included was a personal note with an apology for the missed item( thank you Dianne(?)). I was so impressed with the amazing customer service and the quickness to rectify the problem. The entire store staff was great.”

“(Written by my wife) I first purchased a Vera Wang ring back in July 2021 from the West Edmonton Mall location (they were also fabulous) but after a while I really started noticing the “yellow” of the center diamond. I made the decision that I was going to trade it in for the larger version, which also comes certified so I would know exactly what I was getting. I had been into the West Edmonton Mall location a few times and said hey if you get one in a G color is let me know. So after a few months I decided to call all local stores and see what they had. Mona from the Southgate Mall location was the only sales person that went out of her way to call all over Canada to find me one in a G color. She had me come in to see her manager Tracy to do the trade in as Mona was not in the next day. Both ladies were awesome to deal with. The ring came in about a week and a half later and I love it!”
