“Jeff (working with Luced) did a wonderful job fixing the system malfunction of our high efficiency Carrier furnace. He works very fast and is very thorough, which led us to asking him to check both of our furnaces. He is keen to keep things running well - for example, he checked the hoses and cleaned out the condensers where debris accumulates over time. Such a service was not strictly necessary to fix the issue we had but it gives us some additional time and improves how well the furnace functions. He also provided some advice on Carrier furnaces in general along with tips to extend the service life and control heating costs. Thank-you Jeff!”

“We chose Pristine Ponds to install a pond and waterfall Oasis in our backyard. After scouring through many finished pond photos online, we liked Pristine's work the most and gave them a call. Within a couple days, Chris met us in our backyard and we talked about what we were envisioning and what our budget was. We didnt have a clue what we were doing, but Chris ensured us he knew exactly what we were after and took over the project. David led the install and he hit it out of the park. He was amazing to work with during the installation and even after it was done stopping in a couple times to offer advice and then to add the lights because they were originally sold out on lights during the install. Our finished product is more amazing then either of us ever imagined and we have new found pride when stepping outside into our backyard oasis. The ONE negative thing I will say, was that communication wasn't top notch leading up to the project starting and left us wondering if we had been forgotten after we paid our deposit. We weren't forgotten and they actually had it installed before the date they had originally said they would start by, but we're the type of people that like to be kept in the loop. Long story short, lol, I would highly recommend this company for any pond or waterfall features and even landscaping as they tied in a large section of our backyard to match the pond. “Highly recommend Eli and the family at Park pools. After years of debating getting a pool we finally took the plunge. We met with multiple companies, discussed options, styles and pricing. Initially we were looking at having everything done by the pool companies, after reviewing pricing and details we started to explore doing the installation ourselves. At this point it became very clear we wanted to do business with Park Pools, Eli was so helpful and had no problem being transparent about the costs for specific products and services. Park pools was willing to provide whatever products and installation services we chose. Beyond that Eli took so much time to share his expertise and educate us on the installation process, he offered to provide us with one of his pool foreman to help us with the installation. As the project started Park Pools was with us every step of the way and always came through with whatever we needed. We had pool set in 2 days, and all installation and set up took a total of 10 days. This transparency and helpfulness is why we went with Park Pools, the entire team there is wonderful and all went above and beyond.
