“Yes I have to admit that when I walked into your business and asked to see if I could get an eye exam, the people there were VERY Professional and they helped me right away, with an appointment that afternoon, then some very excellent, high technology eye exam equipment which I personally was very impressed by, It was a pleasant and easy procedure and I ended up walking out of your office about 45 minutes later with a new prescription and a brand new pair of safety glasses ordered and paid for with a 2 weeks wait for them, and then a comfortable fitting to help make sure the glasses were comfortable and that they fit well on my face. “I went here to meet with a social worker recommended by my doctor to get a personal directive drawn up with copies. The front desk did not verify my information or my address on their file. I went in but I did not get a chance to read the original copy of the directive before I left. After I got home, I noticed an error with my postal code which I drew a single line through and wrote the correct postal code in and initialed the change. I have taken accounting and I know that this is the proper way to make changes to a legal document. A little bit of trouble with this but thankfully there was no charge for this service. If a lawyer draws it up, you will have to pay for it to be done. PCN needs to verify every person that walks through their door because this is how mistakes are prevented.”

“Visited today as moral support with a friend who was looking for assistance. Having read some of the reviews for the various locations, as well as based on my own previous experiences with gov’t offices, I was apprehensive about what we might encounter. The individual assisting us was Nathan, and the service was amazing. We didn’t have to wait long - we were greeted almost immediately upon entering - though this may have been somewhat due to the time of day, as the office wasn’t busy. Nathan was thorough, helpful, and extremely informative. His demeanour was pleasant and calm, and he explained things clearly and without judgement, greatly helping my friend, who suffers from social anxiety, feel extremely comfortable and at ease. This was the initial visit, so there will be more required, but hopefully they will all be somewhat, if not as, positive. My friend left encouraged, hopeful, and excited about the prospects moving forward, thanks entirely to Nathan and the information he provided. I was equally as impressed, and I’m hopeful future visits will be as productive. Thanks for a great experience. UPDATE: We went in the next day to continue the process, and while it was a long day by the time we got through the appointments, waiting, and paperwork, the day was again very productive and helpful. The lady assisting us, Karen, was also very friendly, patient, and informative, and provided a lot of good resources and suggestions, and was able to get the ball rolling. She offered additional avenues for further potential support, and made the experience a positive one. My friend was again very excited and encouraged by the process, and left quite optimistic. Nathan also remembered us, by name, and asked how things went. I can’t speak to the quality of all the services and employees, but our experiences with both Nathan and Karen were extremely positive and helpful. A huge thanks to both!!”
