“I have been trying for over a month to pick up my one order. This company refuses to call customers and instead only emails with copy and pasted info from ther web site which is not relevant to solving the problems. In addition to the time delays my ticket for pick up was stapled to another person's order and they wanted me to pay for that. They said mine isn't in yet ( where did this bill come from?) after many emails and me asking to get a phone call to skip the back and forth (nobody ever left their name on the emails) I am told my 1/3rd my order is ready for pick up. So I go to the location I asked in many emails to pick up from and of course it isn't there! This business is terrible for importing which is too bad because the idea is good and the renovated locations make it look like they have it together. Adding tracking from Montana to Edmonton would improve benefits. Along with proper customer service and communication. I called and spoke with Daniel who was able to offer some assistance. Changed my review to 3 star and I only used this company for importing.”

“Wow! My vehicle looks brand new! Had quite a bit of dog hair and mud from dog parks as well just dirt from travelling. Exterior was dull and dusty. They had agreed late in the day to take on my detailing and were finished in about an hour and a half. Pleasant to deal with and fast clean service! My Jeep looks like new and smell amazing inside, like cherries or something. I couldn't be happier! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you!”

Said "we may be streaming games and we may not, also said she "even if we do stream games it won't be anytime soon". I let her know I wouldn't have had to call and bother her if her website was updated with such info as they had the March 2020 update that all soccer was shut down. This info would be super helpful.to be included in your website.”
