I had tried the first one (which I won't name -- it could have been a bad day), and got a runaround, so, I checked in with Jerry and he extolled the benefits of using Complete. The problem was pretty simple and I'd diagnosed it on YouTube, so, all I needed was the part and their receptionist knew what I was talking about and ordered it on Monday afternoon for a Thursday appointment. Darcy called AHEAD of the appointment time to see if he could come by early. He was fast, efficient and gave me some good advice, and even answered a question about my Bosch washing machine. My dishwasher is humming along right now, and I'm a happy customer.”
