Assistance of staff for particular jacket I was looking for was great! I was gift shopping in the mens section and appreciated the help and service. Great choice of products too! Thank you

They have some nice mid priced clothes. Once and a while you can put a jacket on and wear it out. The store people don't even give a ***k. It's a good thing because the quality of those clothes isn't very good anyways. Hope they have a better selection later on as well.

I haven't shopped at the Bay for years. It made me sort of wonder what the target audience was. Very expressive clothing seemed to be on display in a junky kind of way. Office lighting and wire hangers didn't help. I'm sure that you guys have superior products. I also had a feeling that the staff judged us to be homeless, as no one made eye contact or smiled at us. We were on our way to the dinner theatre in the mall. I'm sure that I wasn't sporting a stick over my shoulder with my earthly possessions in a checkered handkerchief.

Went to see Yves (pronounced Eve) in the perfume department and this man knows every possible product available (plus a bunch more that are only available in Europe). He found the perfect scent for me in under 2 minutes. Honestly insane. So talented; highly reccomend!! P.S. ask him about his perfume collection.
