“I haven't shopped at the Bay for years. It made me sort of wonder what the target audience was. Very expressive clothing seemed to be on display in a junky kind of way. Office lighting and wire hangers didn't help. I'm sure that you guys have superior products. I also had a feeling that the staff judged us to be homeless, as no one made eye contact or smiled at us. We were on our way to the dinner theatre in the mall. I'm sure that I wasn't sporting a stick over my shoulder with my earthly possessions in a checkered handkerchief.”

“They have amazing customer service! I have notoriously difficult feet (extremely wide and very high arches) and the associate who helped me was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Although the selection was smaller than many stores, I found something comfortable I couldn't find at other shoe shops. I'm definitely coming back in the Spring/Summer for some sandals or maybe Mary Jane's. I definitely recommend this little store!”

“Great Store! Been going here for years and usually stop in every 3 to 4 months to check out what they have. Always end up finding nice clothes for myself and my daughters and they have good brands, same clothes as you find in other stores. Love vacation and summer shopping for cute dresses and tops. Prices are cheap plus you get an extra discount when checking out. Dont mind they don't have fitting rooms, so far everything bought always fits with no issues and I get compliments on the clothes from here all the time. I tell everyone about this place and those with really bad reviews on here must not realize what this store is here for....if you understood than you would know. Staff is friendly and always available. Hope you guys dont close anytime soon!”
